The overall aims of the Working Group:

1. To promote YHGSA, its activities and a global dimension to education through maintaining an up-to-date regional website, including the Resources and Global Artists’ databases. Other ICT support

2. To raise awareness of YHGSA through a termly Newsletter, featuring the activities of the association – to be distributed to the target audience

3. To attend Planning Meetings of this group and Consultative Committee meetings to ensure that the group effectively supports and promotes all the activities carried out by the YHGSA within its overall aims and objectives

4. To manage (in conjunction with the YHGSA office) the annual AGM/Conference

5. To be responsible for the YHGSA’s Corporate Identity

6. To oversee the Contacts Database and propose ways in which to use this to promote and publicise YHGSA services.

7. To submit proposals to rationalise and extend the provision of Inspection Boxes and associated publicity

8. To develop additional activities which support the regional strategy, are appropriate to the group and contribute to the longer term sustainability of YHGSA activities
