One World Zine

Somalia History and Culture
This project, which is being run with Sheffield EMAS, local Somali organisations and individuals and MASH Production, has led to the development of a multi-media resource for schools: Who Am I? The DVD aims to enhance the achievement of Somali young people and to develop an understanding of Somali history and the culture in the wider community. Read more…

Carbon Footprint Project – Global Justice in Practice
This is a 3 year project, funded by DfID, which will help schools in South Yorkshire to move from ‘charity towards justice’ in their partnerships with schools in Africa. It will raise students’ awareness of environmental and development issues, of the Millennium Development Goals and of the imperative of local solutions in poverty reduction. Read more…
